Wealth Without Risk by Saen Higgins is a book about buying tax liens. This is when someone doesn’t pay taxes due on a property and the government puts a lien on it, then sells the debt to the public at auction. His book costs $40 which is more than double what you’ll pay for a comparable book at amazon.com or a local book store. Many people call it a scam because a week after you buy it, they’re going to call and try to talk you into a mentoring package which is $2,500 and up to one guy who said he spent $25,000.
